De-Duplication
Almost all databases contain duplicate records. Many lists that we receive can contain up to 10% duplicates. By removing duplicates from your data we can reduce your postage costs and avoid the embarrassment of customers receiving two or more of the same mailpiece.
PAF and Electoral Role Address Verification
We can verify each address against the 1.7 million postcodes in the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF) and the Electoral Role of UK voters. Where a name or address is misspelled or incomplete we can correct it and ensure it will be delivered accurately. Where an address can not be matched and would have been returned by the Royal Mail we can suppress it and again reduce your overall postage cost.
Gone-Away Suspension
Over 13% of UK residents move house every year. Almost all will not be receiving mail sent to their old address. For data that is anything under 3 months old, we can offer de-duplication with the Gone Away Suppression file to eliminate those records from your mail-shot. By suppressing records that would have been undeliverable, you can make further savings on your overall postal cost.
Deceased Suppression
Mailing people who have recently passed away is wasteful and potentially upsetting for loved ones. Protect your company image and your mailing budget by allowing us to suppress these records from your mailing lists.
MPS Suppression
